I would love to fly off the handle and dish out some ****, but usually stay in line because I fugure they're the ones with my file in front of them. A minor typo, and I'm spending the better part of a morning arguing next month's bill with moron jr

Oh God, that should be my pet peeve. I may not be far up the totem pole here, but I really wish I could exact revenge on some people. As a rep, I can basically refuse to help a person if they're a jerk to me, and it's my managment's responsibility to back me up on it, if I allow that person to even talk to them. But other reps floor me even more. No matter how dumb a client is, there's a person on my end of the phone even dumber. (Except the lady who asked me how to turn her phone on and then told me she threw out the user guide when I asked her to try finding the info there.... Seriously, sometimes the problem is 18 inches in front of the phone...)
Anyhew, that'll be another pet peeve of mine. People at work who pull dung out there butts to tell clients. Like the guy today who told a client with a lost phone that they had 2 weeks to replace it or we were cancelling their account.... Huh? When was that a rule? And we wonder why clients hate us? Try telling them the truth once in a while.
