I don't know. I really don't know about cameras to cover events and whats needed. It just seemed odd to me that a country with a fleet of 1980's luxury vehicles had HD cameras milling around to get "candid" shots and send it out live. I know the CNN guy was reporting from the South as he wasn't allowed in, so of course we're left relying on the governing regime for consistency and accuracy.

Why would I care? I guess I just feel better thinking its somewhat amusing if I convince myself its all staged anyway. Otherwise I would have to realise the extreme poverty, torture, slavery and other nightmares that these people are subjected to.
