When I stay in Calgary it's usually at the Radisson hotel right beside the Calgary tower. Nice rooms and not too pricey - they generally have some pretty good specials this time of year. You are right downtown, close to the dome and Flames Central. Nice little pub/restaurant and coffee shop right in the lobby. I ran into Doug Maclean in the pub there once.

Edit: Sorry, it's not the Radisson it's the Marriott!
