If you want Bush's tax cuts to expire then let them but, don't let Obama imagine the revenue that will create over ten years and spend it today. That is what he is looking for.
Obama hasn't even passed a budget since he came to power. He thinks Congress is there as his personal piggy bank.

You didn't answer the question. You said Obama blames congress for not allowing him to increase taxes on the rich, well who the else would he blame since that's who is preventing it from happening. Whether or not you agree with that tax policy is a completely different issue.
