Don't be surprised or shocked when Iran's nuclear facilities are flattened by stealth bombers. there's zero chance the UN will allow them nukes.
Once you have nuclear materials the rest of the bomb making is fairly straight forward if not precise, most of the calculations and everything for example that the manhatten project did in designing a bomb is pretty much available in college textbooks and probably online.

Plus the waste products that come from refining nuclear materials is fairly toxic, it wouldn't take much for Iran to hand out this product to be used in a conventional bomb or dirty bomb.

Basically Iran can't be trusted with a nuclear weapons program nut neccessairly because they'd build a multistage nuclear device and nuke Israel on a whim (But who knows with those psycho.

but because

1) As a nuclear power they would use that hammer in every negotation in that region

2) If Iran gets the bomb you'll see every nation in the middle east scrambling to start up a nuclear program to either deter Iran, or because Iran showed that a modest country can do it fairly quickly.

3) Iran has links with terrorist groups they provide weapons, material support, funds and training and there is a religious slant to those terrorist groups that matches with the hardliners in their revolutionary council

Japan for example started to debate the construction of nuclear weapons as did South Korea when North Korea detonated their first test bomb, the only reason why it didn't happen was because the first two detonations were fizzles and North Korea pretty much shut down their weapons program in exchange for food and aid. Iran doesn't have that problem, there are no leverage points that you can use against them.
