You could try fiddling with your control suite - Realtek normally has an icon in the system tray (Lower right) that give you access to direct input/output to the correct ports

Otherwise, I would uninstall and then reinstall the most updated version of your driver (edit: Link here - make sure you choose the right one as your hardware) . If there are any setting issues, that should correct them by reverting to defaults.
