There is the obvious potential angle that Deb figures out (or Dexter confesses) many of the murders that have gone unsolved were because Dexter killed them.
What I think may become the bigger issue for Deb is if she pieces together that Dexter deliberately mislead Miami Homicide with falsified evidence (or withheld evidence, etc.) and "leads" so he could get his hands on the murderers first. That seems like the type of thing that would send her on one of her emotional tirades, possibly moreso than it being revealed that Dexter is a serial killer. I really hope the writers don't take the easy way out and try and spin it as a first time thing or some such BS. I want to see them go forward with Deb knowing all!
