She might have a complete nervous breakdown and flashback to being in love with "Rudy" (there was a lot of ITK mentions in this season). Really up in the air on what she does after she sees that ITK and Dexter are the same person after they both witnessed the horrific death of their mother at such a young age.
Remember the end of Season 5 she let Dexter and Lumen go because she understood why they were doing what they have been doing, and she had them both at gun point behind the plastic sheet.

Right, I dont think she turns her back on him. It's just gonna get real tense between them, the whole love angle, now knowing this.
I thik Dex should kill her.
