I had this happen once, totally my fault though. My g/f at the time and I were rolling around in the sack when the cordless rings. 911 was on the line asking if I needed help as someone from this number called and hung up. I told her my g/f may need an ambulance when I was done. (that parts made up) In reality what I said was that no one had called, it was just my g/f and I. She asked me if anyone was telling me to say that and to respond with yes or no answers. I assured her all was alright but fully expected the cops to be knocking on my door at any moment. She was very adament that she thought someone was holding us at gunpoint and I could communicate with her by tapping keys on the phone.
We both had a good laugh.
