I guess if nothing else, Garza is familiar with the division, and I wouldn't be opposed pending the price of acquisition. I don't know if it is the hype of Darvish, and the links of some of the bigger name free agents/trade targets - but I'd be awfully disappointed if Garza is all they come away with.
