Its on the outside of the elbow, not on the point of the elbow (the fluid that is)

Bursitis usually see's a gathering of fluid over the bony part of the elbow, maybe you have tennis elbow from a lot of repetitive strenous elbow activity if you know what I mean.

Probably your doctor is gonna jam a monster needle in there and drain it.
