My guess is the next episode we'll open with Deb announcing to Dex she's madly in love with him, then him saying the same in return... With the thrill of just killing another victim and Deb's relief he feels the same way they both have sex on the floor, naked, covered in blood and they turn into a serial killer DUO team.

Laguerta of course being the first target, as Deb convinces Dex to stop just killing bad people but annoying bitches too.
