How is posting with complete anonymity considered "balls"?
anyway, i managed to land a job after graduating in the spring only through persistence, working hard on a good resume and cover letter, and quantity.
Unfortunately, in the case of finding a job, i dont think it's quantity, or quality, but both. A good resume and cover letters combined with lots of applications makes for the best chances of landing something.
I will also give you sympathy points, because job hunting is probably one of the most frustrating tasks in the world. Dont worry though, the likelihood of you ending up a homeless bum is extremely low, might take some more time than others might take less.
