Well my gateway seems to have died.

I turned it on yesterday morning, made the regular whirring noise it normally makes when it downloads the guide but just kept going and going, then a red light on the front of the gateway starts flashing. Portal says it cannot connect to gateway.

Shaw is going to be 2 weeks to come out....so now i need to call and figure out how to get rebated for 2 weeks (especially with NFL sunday ticket).

The service call time is totally unacceptable in my mind. I won't leave over it, but two weeks for in the case of internet (which i still have), required service for work, etc. is just brutal.
