It's all dependent on the times you play. Right after an expansion? Gonna get camped if you go to a high traffic area (EG.
Azjol-Nerub in WotLK). Expansion been out a while? Free and clear.
Places like STV were bad because of the raid being there. It just stayed bad because people were bitter and wanted others to suffer as they suffered.
