Ones to avoid if they come up:

All In 1 Home Solutions: After double booking and not seeming to know what it is we'd booked, they were in to clean today and I must say did a poor job overall. They knew it was a move-out cleaning but still didn't have the proper equipment, and there was a lot left dirty when I did the walk through.

Pro-Tech Cleaning: These guys (guy I think actually) were supposed to do a carpet cleaning for me this week as well, but I haven't heard back from them after being told they'd be able to fit me in, and their voicemail box is always full. I called the deal site to get a refund but they tried the guy and he answered and told them to tell me to call back at 5pm when he can see his schedule, but of course no one answered at 5pm.

The deal site guy said this guy sold over 800 vouchers (and I think it's just a guy with a van) as if that makes it better.. no, you shouldn't allow a guy to sell 2 years worth of work in a few days.

Anyway, ones to avoid. I think my experiment of trying to save some $$ by using these for cleanings for rentals is over.
