The college I attend here in Tuscaloosa (not UA) doesn't carry a German Program. I find it rather ludacris that they don't carry a German Program. The school is 8k students, and they have a new program for Mercedes and some sort of entry level Engineering here at Shelton but no German Program. There is a Mercedes Plant only 15 minuets from Campus and thousands of Germans here in the city. Other than English, German is the most common spoken language here.

You can go to UA but would have to pay UA for classes. When my Fiance was going to a JUCO in Iowa her school didn't have a program so the school had an agreement with University of Iowa that what programs weren't available they would be able to take them at Iowa for the cost of JUCO, not down here though. I just can't believe that they don't offer it. Basically it's the reason why I wont get my associates degree because I wont take Spanish and thats the only thing that they offer.
