Why not (while I agree with you)? Bane is a really cool and complex character that most people just don't understand, most believe him to be stupid and a pet from the Schumacher movies. In reality, he is super intelligent and is equal to or better than Batman in every way (well except money).
The best Batman movie would have to have the Joker, he is the best villain ever created and he is the definition of what a villain is, he has no sympathy, he is just pure evil.
