I've always believed that Batman Begins was the best one so far.

For me, it was more story-based. I loved the origins of the character, and how it was told (plus, Liam Neeson as Ras Ah'Gul was an awesome bad guy). Dark Knight was situation-based; as in, it was Batman dealing with the Joker. Different types of stories, if you ask me.
