Sounds like a great way to get sued. Pretty sure you would lose that one....
As a kid who rode the yellow cheesewagon and the big blue limo to school all throughout Grade 1-12 (and univ too) I can tell you we had many a game of "track tag" running all over the adjacent lawns in my elementary years. Probably a few pieces of litter strewn about too. Now that the tables are turned on me I'm a little more understanding. You can stand under my eaves to stay out of the rain but sitting on my porch is unreasonable to me. I'm OK with people standing there not doing any sort of damage, but as I've learned, you're always dealing with the lowest common denominator....
