Possibly. There are some very intelligent ones among them.

"I have a buddy who works at X cell company.... they gotta have cells. Bet he could look it up for us."
Exchange cell company for any utility, registry or whatever.
Or maybe someone who works at one of these places looked it up on whim.... and then just has to share their find.
