I'm no expert, but I'd guess you have to claim your tuition on this year's return in order to carry it forward...

But maybe you can skip it for now and then file a correction later, which will either result in more of a refund or more available to carry forward.

Or just wait another 4 weeks.

Re: sending forms...if you use TELEFILE, you don't send them anything...just have to make sure you've got your documents if they decide to check up on you a little later.
