I think that Shaw has taken a beating lately. The UBB issue lost them a lot of goodwill and probably more than a few customers, and Telus has been pretty aggressive with their product offerings as of late. I think that they might have realized that it is cheaper to keep a customer than it is to gain a new one... Or maybe not.
