In all seriousness, for defacing a war memorial, I think you have insulted the very fabric of the nation, and what it stands for. I think deportation is fair in this case. I could never fathom defacing a war shrine in someone elses Country, let alone my own.
I say kick the bugger out, and send him back to Australia.
