Farrell and AA have both commented on the fact he's already lost about 15 to 20 pounds and they are singling him out already for his training program.
I agree, it's far too early to suggest Cecil is done. Even for stretchs last year he was good but your right without the consistantly on the fastball he'll be in tough. I think he'll bounce back and at worst be a solid 4/5 guy for them.
