It was in the fall of '97 when I started hanging out on the Slam! hockey forums looking for some Flames conversation. Met Bingo, Lanny, Johnny Flame and a few others on there.
The boards started getting spammed like crazy and Bingo decided to start one of his own. I was lucky enough to be the first person to post on any of Bingo's boards/sites.
I used to read the newsgroup around the same time but I don't think I ever posted. Definitely remember Marc and Vlad from that.
