I was talking to a Canucks fan today and I was complaining about some soccer that was on TV at the bar. Some guy dives and acts like his leg's been chopped off until the play starts again, at which point he's fine. I say "brutal dive", and the Canucks fan goes, "yeah, *cough* Nathan Horton *cough*".

I turn to him and go, "really?"

It's amazing, but somehow, despite the entire NHL community talking about their diving and unsportsmanlike play for the past six months, they still have their heads in the sand about it. They need to study Canucks fans to find the genes responsible for denial.
