So I was looking at the Scumbag Steve meme a few days ago which involves a picture of a scumbag loser. We all know the types, the ones who still go to highschool parties and buys pot off 12 year olds with his moms money.

Anyways, there's been a few offshoots from it, being distinctly scumbag due to the presence of the overly ######y hat.
