Airplay is huge in my house. Being able to turn on playlist from iphone or ipad. Teamviewer is another one. You can use a web app on the playbook but it is buggy. I am also starting to do some home automation in my house. For most products coming out it is either ios or android app. Considering I couldn't trust RIM to keep a blackberry up to date and working I highly doubt they will be able to keep a playbook so that porting android apps if it is ever released actually works correctly.
Playbook doesn't even have netflix app yet. Something my wife and I use daily on the ipad.
Syncing calenders / Notes is also used significantly since my wife also has an iphone now. Considering playbook doesn't even come with a calender I most certainly can't sit at tv while surfing on a tablet and add events to calender or update lists.
