making the be a gm more realistic would actually remove enjoyment from it not add too it imo... there'd be less trades, less movement of players by other teams resulting in less waiver action, etc etc.
but i suppose to each their own.
i actually thought there were some good improvements with Be a GM this go around. Specifically like the addition of the RFA / offer sheet / qualifying offer component (this may have been added in NHL11, I didn't play that one, but regarless its a big step over NHL10).
