Same here, though this is a residential neighbourhood (West Hillhurst) so I would expect tow and bylaw to be busy downtown.
They should do what Ottawa plows do if your car is on the street - bury it. Rest of the street gets plowed, but your car is under 3 feet of snow. They use the big graders, though. I think a sander with a blade is a bit tougher to negotiate around cars.
