I want one of those cool coffee vacuum contraptions. My friend has one and it was pretty awesome watching the water boil using a candle evaporate into the grinds then it condensing to make coffee. Pretty awesome. Probably not a practical daily thing but awesome weekend thing. I haven't been able to find one in Edmonton, but I haven't really looked either.
I wouldn't mind an espresso machine either to make some lattes. I usually like my coffees black but a latte would be fun to make. My sister just got one and has been making coffee like a fanatic... funny thing is she's lactose intolerant. What some people do eh?
Last thing I want is a torque wrench. Mine now is some cheapo canadian tire special and is really out of calibration.
