I am extremely torn on this issue.

As someone who is forced to park on a street that will be affected by this, I am a bit annoyed at the effect it will have on me. I am literally going to have to walk over a block to get to/from my car.

As a driver who enjoys a freshly plowed street, I am happy about the change. We also won't have to see those cars who are plowed into their spot and spend hours digging out.

Should be interesting to see how it shakes out. The street by my place has well over 100 cars parked along it, not exactly sure where they expect them all to park. The neighbouring cul-de-sacs are going to be crammed, leading to pissed off people who get home to find cars parked at every spot in front of their house.
