december rate will be above 13 cents
I can't remember the exact rate but the floating rate for electricity for December will be above 13c/kwh for the mth of Dec in Calgary.
BTW for those who change from fixed to floating, when you go back to floating you go back at the fixed rate available at that time. Based on what the competitiors are at I would not be surprised to see the fixed rate go up a Enmax soon. Not December but it would not surprise me if it went up soon
