Kick them. What I do (this is not advice just information, you can't sue me if you die or get hurt or damage your car):
- First I losen the lugs
- Then I jack up the car
- I remove the lugs
- put on your sh*tkickers, sit on your ass and give a flat, footed kick into the rim edge. do a bunch of kics on one side, then on another. you're trying to twist teh wheel off the hub
This has worked every time for me with rusted-on rims.
