I think it tells right on Yahoo the guys that are not entered in the tournament. When I was making my picks it had NE next to a bunch of guys that I know aren't entered. Not sure if you want to rely on this or not but in my research as to who was in or not this week I found the NE to be right on guys I knew weren't playing.
