Govt's cooperation or not, 24 soldiers were killed and there is no excuse for that - especially if they were not a threat. If that's the case, investigation should be done and whoever is responsible should be put on trial.
I doubt that will ever happen - who cares right it were just 24 soldiers from some country.
And I wonder how many people would this incident cause to join the "bad" side. Imagine what you would do?
