Granted there are teams from the West who've gone East and won Thursday night games before. But most of the time on short weeks a team who has to travel a time zone or two is at a pretty significant disadvantage. San Fran to Baltimore is a pretty long trip.

Harbaugh has been playing up the whole, "The schedule maker is screwing us" angle. The team was flying to Baltimore today and has a practice scheduled for tonight.
49ers are 4-0 in the east this year (Bengals, Eagles, Lions, Redskins) but the Ravens are going to be a tough team. Ravens have eaten 3-4 defences (like Steelers) alive this year.
I'm tired of all the "Har-bowl" talk, but the game itself looks on paper like it should be a good match up.
