Personally I'm kind of glad a mayor isn't a dictator that can just order the police to do whatever he wants. Whatever Nenshi does I presume council, legal counsel, bylaw offices, and who knows who else are involved in the process.
It'd be nice if the city moved through the things it's decided are necessary to get from here to a usable park quicker for sure, maybe with a court weighing in things will pick up.

I'm pro-Nenshi but I still think that this has very little to do with him. Its not like the bylaws officers are his personal henchmen!
