As far as the gall-bladder goes. From what I was told if you eat the amount of fat it takes for that thing to work you probably won't see the age of 50. The reason gall stones form is because the enzymes lay dormant in the organ,modern humans don't eat that enough of raw fat to get it working.

The problem with your friends logic is that it's impossible to know who in the healthy has/hasn't an appendix without surgical exploration. You can't make such a broad generalization without knowing your denominators.
He's also wrong about the gall bladder, as it pretty much empties every time you eat something in modern era. Yes, gall stones generally form from stasis, but repeated 'down times' between meals X 40 years does the cumulative trick. We also know that people with a removed gall bladder live fine, but there's a reason why a good number of them end up with chronic diarrhea.
Anyways back on track - Is any of this applicable to foreskin? The western medical community is divided, as you can find articles supporting both sides. The general medical recommendations also flip back and forth every decade or so, depending on who's got the 'biggest dick' at consensus meetings.
