I'm hoping that the term "help them getting organzied" means show them how to fold up their tents, clean up the squatters village and the park and go home.
Why are we rewarding them, the city should send in bylaw officers tonight to confiscate empty tents and continue to ticket the rest of them, and as it gets colder rinse and repeat til their gone.

Apparently you've just gotta put the fear of the charter into the hearts of our city officials to get what you want. Obviously this doesn't translate into Cory's "I'm gonna break all the bylaws" stunt, but maybe it could work if you need funding or city resources for some other group thing?
Basically the equivalent of "I'm gonna hold my breath until the city provides my hockey team with better ice time or my face turns blue!"
