Hiding behind the Charter of Rights is going to stretch this out longer than people think.
I wonder why the city hasn't used health and safety to come in do an assesment and declair the site unsafe, unsanitary and close it down.
or what there is a fire. Bring out the fire hoses. Oops sorry about all the ice and blasting your tents to pieces these hoses can be unpredictable.
