Can anyone recommend a place to buy a good, reasonably priced sous-vide cooker? I've seen them online for about $300 but that's way too much for something that amounts to just holding water temperature for 24 hours. If I were cooking for many people maybe I would look into one like that but I usually cook for two, maybe four.
