Hey I agree, we need more immigrants,
qualified ones who come into the country through the proper channels. Not the Algerian doctors or something who want to skip the 7 years of Canadian med school though. I wouldn't want to take any prescriptions from those guys.
As for the babies you'll definitely have to count on the immigration since our own citizens are all going with the hip SSM now
