I'm sure a few here will disagree but I think college ball should really be college ball, no recruiting at all, you have to find your players from the regular students after they have enrolled, coach's should be unpaid and be a volunteer gig of a regular teacher.
Either that or just cut the strings to the colleges all together and go pro.
