Funny I was thinking about this exact situation just the other day (as I drive under the Centre St. bridge every day to and from work). At the PM rush hour I come in from the east, and almost always the west bound cars are "waiting". I always seem to have the outer lane (the west lane) "available" so I usually gun it and get over there, but I am left to wonder if I shouldn't be forced to take the east lane and then change lanes further up. People seem to really get confused in there sometimes. I am amazed there are not more accidents.
