I agree, if some like it and some don't that is fine but these differing opinion are a Canadian issue. We selected a party to represent us and it feels like somebody is going around our choice.

I don't recall but when we were negotiating NAFTA did the NDP go down to Washington and tell them they didn't like the idea? Did any opposition parties go down to Washington in support of the Iraq war despite the governing Liberals saying we don't? When Hillary Clinton goes abroad and declares america's stance does a Republican visit after and say she is wrong?
It is just poor optics and weakens a nations ability to negotiate.
