So your going west bound along river front avenue and turning north to go on the underside of the bridge?
There is only one west bound lane there. The second lane ends as a in a left to go south turning lane about a 50 feet back ish... the moment your "lane" has yellow lines on both sides that taper into a point thats not a "lane" its a meridian with no grass.

ending. Turn left there or your out of road and need to get into the right lane.
Unless since the street view has been taken they have repainted the road... Admittedly I don't head that direction after work.
Now *should* it be a double turn and each lane has there own lane to turn into - Absolutely the fact that its not is stupid.
