^ I agree. I don't understand why, when you have the rest of a perfectly good chicken, cow, or pig and they find the worst parts of it to eat as delicacies. Why would somebody bother to nibble a bit of skin off of a chicken's foot, than go for a nice drumstick or wing? The same applies to tripe or those coagulated blood cubes. The mindset of a person that goes to a grocery store to purposefully buy chicken feet, I can't fathom.
