Where's the cheating there? I'm not an Oregon fan but building a state of the art complex and having different uniforms is pretty standard. I guess you'd say Florida is cheating because they spent $28mil on their new complex and have rolled out some different uniforms in the last few years (and a UF fan calling out a gimmick offense is also pretty hilarious).
